Pay with Bitcoin button on the Cart page

Some payment gateways offer a setting to display the payment button on the cart page.

This is out of the standard payment flow as the Woocommerce order is only validated and created after the Checkout page. We can look into the viability of this and how other plugins are handling displaying a button on the cart page.
