This issue is to discuss the tooling needed to automate/generate manifests based on whatever schema is decided on in #1.

Good tooling should:

  • Be fully automatable
    • All user input should be passable as params to allow for package manifests to be generated via CI or otherwise.
  • Simple to use
  • Pull the majority of the manifest contents directly from an existing module's manifest.json provided to it or by extracting it from a .bhm that has been provided.
  • Have few dependencies or be packaged into a single executable or script.
