Had to cancel option file of tinfoil after any installation

Describe the bug
When I finish an installation from USB and it reach 100% tinfoil kinda freeze, when i press home button It close and I can see the new game installed. When I open tinfoil again can't explore usb anymore, don't have New game tab and can't install or do many thing.
Nut Report:

"usb exception: [Errno None] b'libusb0-dll:err [_usb_reap_async] reaping request failed, win error: Un dispositivo collegato al sistema non \xe8 in funzione.\r\n\n'"

I found an half solution:

Goin to tinfoil's dir into the SD and deleting options.json.

Tinfoil then start as first time, can see the game in NUT via USB and install another game.
But error come back at the end on installation.

• hekate v5.7.2
• CFW - emuMMC

Sorry for my entry level english. I'm really new to switch, is my first day into modding. I probably missed some important contex and info

the error occur also if I try to update a game with a NSP is my only update file so that require more test
