Thanks @egonw! It looks like https://www.affymetrix.com/ has been taken down entirely and I can't find a replacement. In this case the URL pattern exposed in the Bioregistry comes from a prioritized order of external, aligned registries including identifiers.org, N2T and TogoID. Typically we wouldn't edit into these entries in the Bioregistry, but rather rely on
(1) adding a working override URL in the Bioregistry if one exists, taking precedence over URLs from external registries
(2) reporting this to the external registries that can be updated and their updates propagated into Bioregistry
(3) keeping things as is, with the Bioregistry health report showing that the URL is not working

For now, I have removed the links from BridgeDb Datasources. And when I find a replacement, I'll post it here too.
