R-code and data for simulations on Generalised Degrees of Freedom

The two .Rdata file include the data used in the real-world analyses. The simulate_data.R file comprises the code used to generate the simulated data.
kfoldCV.R presents code for cross-validation, while simpl_kgdf.R contains the code for computing GDF.
