If you get directions from e.g. Adobe Books to Glen Canyon Park, and select any route that involves the 44 bus, you see this buggy transition:
It's essentially saying
Ride the bus past the Bosworth and Elk stop
Offboard at O'Shaughnessy and Malta
Teleport backwards one block to O'Shaughnessy and Bosworth to start the next bike leg
What would make the most sense is to offboard at Bosworth and Elk, head west on Bosworth, and turn right on Bosworth.
Alternatively, if it really wants you to double back for some reason (why?), it would be correct to say offboard at O'Shaughnessy and Malta, head southwest, then turn left on Bosworth.
