Suggestion: use templates for issues #457

It would be a good recommendation to set up issue templates on this repo that would help field suggestions. A simple flow would be to have on issues:

Bug report: similar to what have now, ask for description, step by step reproduction, screenshots. Note that security should be reported elsewhere and if use Hackerone link there.
Feature request: proposal for ideas.
General help: link to support forums on WordPress or where is best to get help right now.
Technical help: again this might be different.

Reason

By having this split out it will set up the repo to grow and for extra contributions.
