error while while executing burn

while executing burn, I get the below issue -

Something went wrong!

Cannot read property 'reverse' of undefined
and on running it again, I get -

status: 400
BAD REQUEST

: Invalid transaction (InvalidSignature): Transaction signature is invalid.

I have a similar issue, I am getting this once I am trying to burn:
