Not sure why the attributes are pascalCase, probably a setting in the graphql
useful as it allows to do one-on-one mapping with GET response and POST payload

also useful as we can than unify the schema with js-bigchaindb-graphql, js-bigchaindb-driver and bigchaindb-driver
