Get live tracking URL via automation

I'd like to be able start a new track with live synchronization and then obtain the URL programmatically so I can share it automatically.

For background, I commute by bike and always start ulogger via an Automagic quick settings tile when I start my ride. I'd like to send my family the live tracking URL at the same time so that they can check on my progress very easily.
