Documentation theme

Currently the local build theme is different to that on readthedocs:

	import sphinx_rtd_theme
	html_theme = 'sphinx_rtd_theme'

	html_theme = 'sphinxdoc'

Is there any reason for this? It makes it more difficult because the themes aren't exactly the same.
I also quite dislike the theme. Can we change it to the same theme as the BOUT++ documentation? I think it has a much more modern and clean feel and is easier to use.
