Need options for a "replace" structure, or an "add to" structure of the
course...probably.

get .tar.gz from course matching ID
unzip
parse OLX structure into JSON / some object
May need to "de-hash-ify"?
if title of an edX object is similar to one in build file -- update content
if new items in the build file, add to course
items not in the build files, delete based on options
copy over images as necessary.
re-tar file
upload to edx
