Missing SuC availability data on select locations

Describe the bug
Looking at the SuC map in the hosted teslalogger site, I see several locations are missing, which I understand is because these SuC locations have not been getting availability data. For example, this location, 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands used to get steady data until April 12, and since then it only has a couple of data points.

Was this an expected change?
