This PR implements migration scripts to migrate from the 2/2 Nested Safe to the Security Council on Ethereum mainnet.
NOTE 1: Migration is blocked until the
Vetoer1of2andDelayedVetoablecontract are deployed on Ethereum mainnet by following #161 instructions.NOTE 2: Once the
Vetoer1of2andDelayedVetoablecontracts will be deployed on Ethereum mainnet, the migration simulation will need to be re-run and theREADME.mdupdated accordingly.
