GPSTest does not collect any information about you or your device. Your settings preferences are the only information stored locally on your device, and no information is ever sent to any server associated with the GPSTest app (there is no such server). If you use the "Inject Time" or "Inject XTRA" commands to refresh GPS assistance data, your device will contact the Network Time Protocol (NTP) and GPS One XTRA servers maintained by device manufacturers and their partners to fetch new time and GPS XTRA assistance data. These servers are normally contacted by your device periodically, these commands in GPSTest just force a refresh.
