Related to #1634 Trying a different approach to help better understand this necessity.

We need to integrate with Chatwoot via API, we need to send a message to Chatwoot and have Chatwoot send a message back to Typebot.

This way we can interact with agents via Typebot, allowing communication using any channel, WhatsApp, Web, Instagram, etc., without depending on the Chatwoot widget.
