Adding Prometheus JMX Exporter Chart

Hi, we have been looking into using https://github.com/banzaicloud/prometheus-jmx-exporter-operator and figured there is no helm chart for it! My Feature Request would suggest adding a chart for the jmx operator. Though I am not quiet sure how intense the project is maintained, that's why I am creating an issue! :)

A new Helm chart which allows the keep the release cycle for the jmx exporter operator simple.
