🔧 chore(input): placeholder color similar to input text color

Summary
Problem:
We noticed that we sometimes miss to fill in the input fields because of the placeholders. The color of the placeholder text is very similar to the input field text.

Solution:
It would be great if we could achieve a higher contrast maybe by changing the color of the placeholder text
