Thanks for reviewing the stUSD smart contract here, and the rate provider.

I just wanted to point on the admin setup, right now the 4/6 multisig is admin together with the Timelock contract of the protocol of the system. The whole setup for the onchain governance is ready and it's just a matter of time till the 4/6 multisig is removed so everything takes place onchain with the protocol.

When it comes to the setup for the Timelock contract, the proposer is a ProposalReceiver contract which has as a trusted remote a ProposalSender contract on Ethereum which can only propose stuff that has been voted by veANGLE holders onchain.
