Not able to Sign up/in with GitHub 🧐

Tried Signing In with GitHub first (by mistake),
then realized I need to Sign Up, did it,
but still no luck

I missed some notification and saw your comment just now 🤦
It may be a bit late but would be interested to debug this with you, can you try again and tell me when you tried so I can look at logs?
