Removes note in go app init template readmes saying go is in dev preview since it is not generally available. Removed the notes regarding dev preview from the cdk app init templates. Also we are looking into how (if possible) to include go artifacts in those published to github for each release. |

v2/work-with-cdk-go.md Makes a claim that Golang is fully supported. Though:
cdk init app --language gosays it is still in Dev Preview.Request is put a notice that golang is still in Developer Preview
