I would like to create a better way to upgrade/install the software that would also modify the database as needed. This would improve the ability for the end users to upgrade/install their installations without having to go into the database software.

The best would be a solution where you have an installation solution that makes changes to the database. This could zbs. via a link www.meineseite.con / upgrade.php done. Idea would be from here to delete files and add new, but do not know if this would be possible, due to the rights of the files on different servers.
