Currently large files failed to be uploaded to cache/backend server due to:

Metadata IPLD data cannot be distributed within chunks yet
Maximum request size is 10MB

File uploads up to 200MB

clostao added mvp poc and removed poc mvp labels

its-colby added the high priority label
