To improve our transaction display and make it more user-friendly:

Implement indexing for transfers to show all transactions in the "Last extrinsics" block
Display transfer events, e.g., "+100 tSSC"
Create a dedicated transfers tab similar to https://subspace.subscan.io/account/st94t7hVTXX5snydS8y2UWzyB97Mo8jfRK7etSJw9n4PvJm8c?tab=transfer
Rename "extrinsic" to a more user-friendly term (e.g., "transactions" or "operations")
Update UI to reflect these changes and improve overall user understanding
