Add support for simulating the approaches proposed in "Don’t Waste Your Time: Early Stopping Cross-Validation"

TODO:

Reverse engineer fold indices to simulate cross-validation early stopping #59
Add support for per-fold prediction results fetching on val/test
Add fit time / infer time support for per-fold
Add test time predictions for per-fold results (Note: Requires rerun of all configs)
