I/O Error: No such file or directory compiling createNote.code

Following the ReadMe to set up you repo I encounter the following error:

zokrates@de566d802943:~$ ./zokrates compile -i ./createNote.code
Compiling ./createNote.code

Compilation failed:

.:1:1
I/O Error: No such file or directory (os error 2)

Looking at the zokrates documentation, it looks like the file compiled is supposed to be a .zok file. Am I doing anything wrong? Did zokrates update to only compiling .zok files?
