Feature Request: ability to set a property in an issue

I'd like to be able to set a property to a jira issue from a PR (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/jira-entity-properties/).

Our use case: we generate preview environments on every PR. We would like to be able to add the URL of the preview environment to a JIRA issue, so that people who are not involved on the github flow (e.g. PMs, Designers) can check a 'live' version of the change.

Seconded, we would love to set the "Fix Version" of an issue when a PR is merged to the corresponding release branch.
