Support mention tags

I would like to thank you for your effort to maintain this package. Similarly to mentioning users, could you please add new feature to mention tags?

The example seems to suggest that once the tag ID and display name is determined it can be mentioned just as you would a standard user:

Towards the end of the article you're guided through the process of looking up the necessary ID values in order to obtain the ID and display name value for a tag. In my case I didn't have the necessary permission to use https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/graph-explorer, but our Azure AD/O365 admins were able to provide that access (scoped to my view/access level of Microsoft Teams).

I've attempted to mention a tag I created within a test channel, but Teams won't allow me to select the tag when I press @ to bring up a recipient selection list. In my case I'm the only member of the tag, so that might be why. I'll attempt to test further using a tag from another team with multiple recipients.

Thank you Adam, I will check all your shared links. Regarding to the issue you had on your test, I faced it too. It took me hours before it was working.
