Since there doesn't seem to be an option for that on xfce, I've been using touchpad indicator in order to disable my laptop touchpad automatically when a usb mouse is connected. After setting up the preferences, the desired effect is achieved, but after rebooting, even though the touchpad seem to be disabled, the scrolling function is still on. Without using the keyboard combination to fully disable it, the only way is to enter touchpad indicator's settings and clicking ok. I then see the indicator icon on the panel changing from active touchpad to disabled again (even though after reboot, it shows disabled). It seems like it's reloading it's config. This isn't a critical issue but per se, but it's a bit annoying having to open the settings every time I boot up. Any thoughts on this?
I'm using Manjaro 5.6.16-1 | Xfce 4.14.2
