https://github.com/cds-astro/tutorials/tree/master/Notebooks was presented at a AAS webinar.

We should cross-list or cohost these notebooks. They show how to use astropy with CDS tools like Aladin-lite

Cross-list is lower barrier.

Hello,

Just saw this issue. I'm not sure if you still want to do something, but I'm the person in charge of the maintenance of our tutorials and I'd be happy to exchange ideas with you. They got a bit of rework but the idea stays the same than 2 years ago.

On a related but different subject, I'm trying to incorporate more and more astropy/cds compatibility in our python libraries (see these issues for example 1, 2, 3 ...). If something is still missing now is a really good time to open tons of issues because we're really thinking of a v1 release for ipyaladin (not astropy-affiliated) and mocpy (astropy-affiliated).

@kelle had thoughts about how to cross-ref contents at the Astropy Coordination Meeting 2023. Kelle, any advise here? Thanks!

Hi @ManonMarchand, thanks for reaching out! We aren't at the development phase yet of indexing tutorials hosted elsewhere, but it's still on the list. I believe the vision would be that we'd just ask you to add some metadata to the top of the notebook. @jonathansick , is that still true?
