Description

Create a POCof the deploy core for the solidity language. The goal is to explore different architectures possibilities and find the best to deploy smart contracts to EVM chains.

Definition of Done

• Check foundry usage to deploy
• Create a clear API to allow the frontend to call the deploy procedure easily
• Find the most adapted language to create the deploy functionality
