It is unfortunate...but since you have a dependency on gzip-js (which is GPL license), then you are effectively GPL and not MIT. It is not a copy left license.

Specifically, gzip-js has a dependency on deflate-js which itself GPLv2.

Please consider changing the dependency.

The license now says MIT, perhaps this can be closed?
