Let's distribute via PPA to provide an upgrade path.

Might use a snap instead? I'll have a wider distribution target, then.

Splitting Snap into it's own ticket after some experimentation (#29 ) . Going to instead use cargo-deb to build the deb packages, and then publish to a PPA.

Welp. Looks like I underestimated just how painful it would be to get a PPA going. I'm going to work on building a deb and serving it as a build artifact so end-users don't have to worry about understanding what a $PATH is.

If someone wants to take this...
