Code refractoring

Hey everyone, who uses the Tailor Starter Theme.

So originally when I built this there was a lot of October cms's functionality that wasn't available. With that being said, I plan on doing an entire refractor of the code base from the ground up.

It seems as though it's becoming a little hard to maintain. This has also stifled my ability to work on it consistently.

My plan is to use all of the features in a way that makes sense and expedites your workflow. This mean that this theme will be opinionated but with good reason.

To make sure everything works for previous versions, I will set a new version number. My goal is to wait until October releases 4.0 with all of the new features so that way I have a fresh start.

The Plug-In will receive some love as well.
