I have trouble with correct imagination of tables inside article.

  1. No border in tables
  2. Text alingment ignored

Example:
^ Test ^^^
| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 |

I've no problems with that. Did you make any changes in /dokuwiki/lib/tpl/vector/user/screen.css ?
If not, maybe another plugin has overwritten the css for td and tr.

No. This problem appears after installation of vector template
