Description

Floor, Ceil, round functions are missing after merge of keyboards

Steps to Reproduce

  1. First I opened the virtual keyboard
  2. Then I switched to the symbolic keyboard
  3. And there are no symbols for floor, ceil or round

Actual Behavior

There are no floor, ceil, or round buttons on the symbols virtual keyboard

Expected Behavior

See an floor, ceil, or round button on the symbols virtual keyboard

Environment

MathLive version

0.101.0 on https://cortexjs.io/mathlive/

Was removed with the functions virtual keyboard on patch 0.91.0

Operating System
Windows 11

Browser
Tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox
