tooltip not working: "not a function" message. #225

Tooltip, using this shortcode, is not working:

I get the following error in the Firebug console:

TypeError: $(...).tooltip is not a function

Which references :
$(function () {
$('[rel=tooltip]').tooltip({placement: 'bottom'})
})
