It dosnt work with an phone emulator

I have done every step until I get to ter.s of service and it need to open a different window yet I'm using a phone emulator because it a pain in the behind to use it on laptop (I can't afford pc) so when it tryst to open a new window it can't because it a phone not a computer the emulator I'm using is call user land and unless I'm using a crappy emulator I would like to now if there is a workaround for me or if you can add phone emulator accessibility
