Can you please elaborate which items is this exactly? on which page or screen?

It's in the item-description.vue, some of those items like the prime machin (item.item_type = 'primemachin') could have an indication showing they change the player's appearance

I am not able to find the item-description.vue file in the master branch ...are you sure it is the same filename?
