Add a footer to the tracker with a license information and a link to our source code.

Footer like the one on https://www.archlinux.org? (I'd like to take this one)

That footer style looks fine to me and follows the general tracker style I believe. Assigned to you 👍

@jelly while looking at it.... we still only list Judd and Aaron, should be change it everywhere?

Can you please take a look at attached screenshot and check if any changes are to be done to the footer text? For now I have copied the text as-it-is from footer on https://www.archlinux.org. However I see a different text on https://aur.archlinux.org/. So not really sure what exactly should be added to footer. Could use some help here.

A link to source code has been added the the end that points to https://github.com/archlinux/arch-security-tracker
