Hi My name is Alexander Prestmo

Digital designer and frontend developer (or design engineer maybe)

  • 🌍 I'm based in Oslo, Norway

  • 🧠 I'm learning Astro
  • I love CSS and semantic HTML
  • I was educated as a graphic designer
  • The last 10 years I have been writing code and trying to bridge the gap between developers and designers. It is a neverending quest for better understanding between professions. And it is still going on.

Skills

I can work with the full Adobe Creative Suite. I have done print magazines in InDesign. Photoshop and Illustrator work. Animations and videos with After Effects and Premiere. But nowadays it is mostly digital designs I code the frontends of. Designs are more often than not done in Figma. I prefer Astro at the moment and I need to do things in Vue from time to time. But at the end of the day semantic HTML and CSS is what I really enjoy.
