Add third state to sidemenu - showing a minimenu with icons only when display estate seems enough

To give >= (ph|t)ablets quicker menu access while still keeping most of the display to the Page.
Has to either be hacked or implemented upstream with the ionic team.
Should also be user configurable to show or not.
