Configuring chart title, image size and resolution, and file name on export

Hello!

I'm looking for a way to support the following tasks on export of a chart:

• Adding an overarching title to the figure, ideally identical to the chart name in Superset
• Configuring the width and height of the chart exported (e.g., 4x6 inches)
• Configuring the resolution (which is quite low, currently)
• Saving the file name as the name of the chart (which seems related to fix(excel/csv filename on chart download): downloads zip file and excel/csv file with chart name. #27409 but that possibly just addresses .xlsx and .csv files)

Are any of these currently possible in Superset? I've searched in open and closed discussions and issues but haven't seen a way to do so yet. If they are possible, how would I go about implementing them?
