[Improvement] Limit the number of entity return by list in EntityStore

What would you like to be improved?

We lack the mechanism in EntityStore to limit the size of entities, if there exist plenty of entities, changes are it's time-consuming when listing entities.

How should we improve?

We can add a parameter to limit the size of entities returned by the function list if possible.
