Global search does not show all results matching the term

Current Behavior

it should show the first foob as well but as you can see it only shows the last one? In my real case scenario where i have nested bullet points, it still only shows the first one and then nothing else. Also its difficult to search for if an existing bug report exists on this or not because

"I have searched the existing issues and didn't find any that were similar"

is on every bug report and the word searched in this sentence conflicts with looking for bug reports relating to the search function
