The Release Management WG is up and running. We have our own Matrix room and our own forum group/tag. We now have had three releases done by community release managers and will have another tomorrow!

The only remaining task is documenting the release announcement process.

I see two related PRs in the build-data repo:
ansible-community/ansible-build-data#258 - documenting how to announce the release
ansible-community/ansible-build-data#265 - a Github Actions related to release?

The first one imo should be completed before we close this issue. The second one I'm not familiar with so it might just be an optimization on the new release process.
