Namadillo: Investigate detecting if we are connected to Keplr

In the new transfer module, we have a button 'Connect Wallet' to initially connect to Keplr. I think Namadillo must be locally storing the information about whether Keplr is connected, because on refresh we automatically connect to Keplr.

However, if you revoke permissions for Namadillo in Keplr, on refresh Namadillo will show a popup for Keplr approval. It would be better if we can revert to showing the 'Connect Wallet' button, but this would require detecting if we are connected to Keplr without showing a popup.

Investigate whether the Keplr API allows detecting this.
