TODO: Investigate and add details

We need to know when an IBC transfer has been applied both on Namada & Keplr chains

  • Incoming IBC Transfer - Indexer should tell us when an IBC transfer has been applied - how do we track this in the interface?
  • Outgoing IBC Transfer - How do Keplr chains handle this (See Osmosis)
