I usually use Chrome to open my local PDFs in Windows (fastest, no write protection when deleting).
I have now installed Open in PDF Reader so that I can sometimes edit the local PDFs in a PDF editor as well. This usually works great.
But unfortunately not with umlauts (e.g. äöü). testÖ.pdf becomes test%C3%96.pdf when opened and the PDF editor displays this as an error that it cannot find the file.
Is there a solution to the problem?
Thanks! :)
