I'm using firefox plugin.
There is an issue for "Translate page" button with encoding special symbols like :;?/# and others. This button doesn't encode them, so Google Translate very often can't translate page and shows this error.
If I press "translate" on google page again it encodes special symbols of original address and works correctly.
